Giving

Giving

We give because God first gave to us, and we want to give freely and gladly for the good of the people around us.

Why we give

Generosity in a home church

In a home church, generosity often looks like groceries left on a porch, a meal carried to a sick friend, and resources shared when someone has a need. Giving is one ordinary way we love God and love others.

Financial gifts support local gospel ministry, caring for practical needs in our church family, blessing our neighbors in Richmond, and furthering the work of Jesus in the world around us.

There’s no pressure. If you’d like to give, or want to talk about what generosity looks like here, just reach out.

An open Bible at a wooden table
“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
